Why have your own realtor when building a new home?

Many people think they will save money by going to the new home site alone.  But this is not the case. Not only that, but the agent at the builder's showroom works for the builder.  Who interest do you think they have in mind? The builders.  Shouldn't you have someone there to look out for you?  That is where we come in. We will work for you with your interest in mind.  You are our client and we want what is best for you. The best part is you do not have to pay for our service, the builder pays us. 


Building a new house can be a daunting task. There is, of course, the contracts, deadlines, financing, picking floorplans, elevations, options, HOAs, and so many other things to consider when building. We are experienced in all of it and are here to help. For instance, did you know one of the most important upgrades to have the builder do is tile floors?  If you want tile at some point it is best to have them do it.  Other things like granite counters and lights can be added without much issue, but tile is not one of them.

We work with most local area builders to make your dream home a reality.  We will walk you every step of the way from selecting a builder, getting financed, picking your lot, going to the design center, all construction appointments, and your closing.
